Student details (name, date of birth, photo), parent details (name, contact), observation documentation (activity photos/videos), and school operational data (payments, attendance).
Data is used for educational & operational purposes: recording each child's development, communicating with parents, payment administration, and internal reporting.
A child's photos/videos appear in public areas (landing gallery) only with parental consent. A teacher's photo/name/bio appears only with the teacher's consent. Without consent, content is never shown publicly.
A child's data is accessible only to the relevant parent and authorized staff. The system uses hashed passwords, role-based access control, and a secure connection (HTTPS).
Data is stored on the school's server while the child is enrolled and as required by law/administration, then archived or deleted.
Parents may request to view, correct, or delete their child's data by contacting the school.
